Secondly, we want to tell you that we are aware that our website has many things to improve, such as downloading the PDFs of the patterns, and that is why we are working hard to bring you all a new website, many more intuitive and functional.

We know that this may represent some discomfort, but trust us: This change will be worth it and it will be very good for this family. We are growing every day and we need a more pleasant place for you. A space that also provides us with the necessary tools to develop all our ideas without limitation. There are lots of nice things and big surprises we are planning for you next year!

Meanwhile, we kindly ask you to download all your patterns from our website. If you have problems, don't worry, write to contact@shamballabags.com and we will gladly help you.



What happens if I don't download my patterns?

There is really no problem, your orders will not be lost, they will be saved in our system. (We will try to migrate your patterns gradually, but it will be something that we will confirm later)

And if you require one of your patterns you can request it to our email and we will gladly send it to you. Note: you should only write to us from the email from which you made your purchase on our website.



What will happen to my account?

You may need to create a new user account when we have the new website. We will do our best to migrate all your data and avoid this step, but we will confirm this later.
